We have more control over our mental and spiritual state than we often realize.

You can tune into either joy or despair. While the choice isn't always easy, it is ours to make. For example, when someone is rude, you could let it ruin your day, or you could shift your perspective, recognizing that person might be facing their own battles. That small change in mindset can make all the difference.

Everyone carries unseen struggles. My own challanges have given me a desire to extend empathy where it’s often lacking.

My journey has taught me to pause and not let others' actions dictate my emotions. I challenge myself to choose empathy over anger. Life can be heavy, but we have the power to change how we react, and that shift can be life-changing.

God appears to us in many ways. Through a supportive friend, a caring stranger, or even in the courage to wake up and say, “Today will be better.” I aspire to be that light for others—to help them see in their darkest times, there is hope, and a higher power guiding them forward.

We all have our struggles. I believe God is in all of it. He’s in the confusion, the messiness, and even in those moments when we feel unworthy of His presence. My goal is to inspire others to embrace that divine energy and find the strength within themselves. This will transform how you see the world—and how you see yourself.
